With a purpose to prevent unlawful use of bank cards and facts of electronic fraud, Airline has a right to request from the passenger a written confirmation of transaction as a permit of the third party to use his/her bank card for transportation payment. In case passenger refuses to provide such an information, and if credit card holder's contacts are doubtful, Airline has a right to refuse to give the passenger his/her ticket and to terminate Transportation agreement in one-sided manner.
How are fares calculated?
In accordance with your request, the booking system will propose you a few fares or the cheapest and restricted one from the searched category (Economy, Business). Ticket price depends on:
- the in-flight service class of the ticket, - the date of flight and the number of seats available, - and restrictions on the ticket: (as a rule, the cheapest fares have restrictions concerning return dates, changes to departure and arrival dates, and so forth). The total fare includes fare itself, airport fees and charges.
Which flights can be booked for tickets purchased online?
Presently you can purchase air tickets on all regular “AeroSvit” flights, which leave not earlier, than in 6 hours and not later than 12 months from the moment of ticket booking.
May I change or cancel my reservation / e-ticket online?
Presently you can not change or delete Your online bookings in the online mode on Your own.

How can I receive a refund for an unused ticket?
Please inform us about Your decision to cancel an online booking / e-ticket by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of Your application, the refund is made in accordance with fare rules; notification of the refund will be sent to Your specified email address.

Terms of Reservation
Applicable fares are the fares for a flight or flights, from the point of departure to the point of destination that are indicated in the ticket, valid for the respective class of service as of the day of payment for the ticket. Each fare provides the rules of its application which establish the validity term of the ticket and conditions of application of the fare.
AeroSvit Airlines reserves the right to change these rules and terms any time without prior notification. Modification of fares or of the Airline rules do not influence the conditions of the of air carriage agreement, if Passenger has already paid for the ticket.
Do reservations made online earn points for the Meridian program?
All reservations earn points toward the Meridian program as long as you provide Your Meridian member number or card when making the online reservation. AeroSvit Airlines international code is VV (two letters V).
