AeroSvit Airlines in partnership with PrivatBank introduced a unique service for Ukrainian aviation market – payment for air flights via telephone. The transaction is notable for high level of protection and simplicity of operations, which are to be accomplished by a client. It does not require much time – the entire payment procedure takes only a few minutes.
In order to book or purchase an airticket, a passenger should call to AeroSvit’s contact center. This can be done practically from every part of the world. Presently the new service is available for the passengers, who own PrivatBank cards. AeroSvit plans to provide the possibility to pay with other banks’ cards as well. This payment method’s safety is guaranteed by PrivatBank’s program complex and a unique 8-digit code which is generated specially for this transaction. The service is suitable for passengers, who got used to make on-line payments, but do not have Internet access at the moment of paying for airticket. Calls to contact center are available all around from stationary phones (number 0800 509 800) and from cell phones (number 799). Besides, contact center is available at +38 (044) 490 3 490 or +38 (056) 740 7000 from and from abroad. AeroSvit permanently applies modern IT-solutions. This allows the company to increase the quality of passenger service, offer its clients and partners a wider variety of high-tech products. In February, 2004 AeroSvit was the first among new independent states’ carriers to open on-line ticket sale at www.aerosvit.com.
