As an air Carrier we know how important it is to provide high-quality ground services, as a handling services agent we know how to make ground handling highly qualitative. Services of the Ground Handling Department of CJSC “AEROSVIT AIRLINES”
Passenger Servicing - Organization and control (supervising) of passenger servicing, including irregularities;
- Passenger check-in, handle arriving and departing passengers, including assistance of special passengers categories (PRM, UM etc);
- Verification of travel documents of departing passengers;
- Assistance for passengers when flights are interrupted, delayed or cancelled, handling of DBP and DBC through the terminal service centers;
- Control of passenger luggage handling in the airport transfer unit;
- Handling of lost, found and damaged property matters (via Worldtracer system);
- Организация розыска багажа пассажиров через систему розыска багажа Worldtracer;
- Handling of damaged passenger luggage at КВР and arranging for delivery of delayed luggage to passengers;
- Preparation of flight documents in the part of passenger servicing and despatch of the necessary operational messages.
Cargo and Mail Handling - Storing and logistic of mail and cargo;
- ULD stock and serviceability control;
- Preparing and formalization of accompanying cargo documents;
- Preparing of bulk cargo and ULDs for delivery onto flight;
- Handling of special cargo categories (AVI, VAL, PER, etc.).
